"The only irreplaceable capital an organization possesses is the knowledge and ability of its people. The productivity of that capital depends on how effectively people share their competence with those who can use it." - Andrew Carniege, 1835-1919

Although these words were spoken in the 1800s, they are even more truer today than they were back then. Not only has the amount of knowledge work has increased exponentially, but how we share and make use of that knowledge has become increasingly critical to the survival of a business.

The ability to translate data into information, information into knowledge, and knowledge into wisdom is priceless. This can only be achieved by connecting people with people who can synthesize information into knowledge.
